Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 5-25 years of experience with impactful achievements at a regional, national, or international level
- Age: No upper age limit, although the average fellow is 39
- Citizenship: Must be a citizen from a country outside the US
- English Skills: Excellent English skills are essential for active participation in the program
- Program Commitment: Must be prepared to live on campus at Yale University in New Haven for the program duration from mid-August to mid-December
- Track Record: Strong track record of exceptional achievement and integrity
