Benefits & Financial Aid - Scholarship Value: Up to €15,000 - Monthly Stipend: €500 per month, paid over 10 months - Public Health Insurance: Subject to applicable conditions under Slovak law - Erasmus+ Mobility Programs: Opportunity to participate in student mobility programs, subject to university rules - Tuition Fee Waivers: Some study programs may be tuition-free, subject to university decision - EU-Recognized Diplomas: Degrees awarded are recognized across the European Union and beyond - Affordable Living Costs: Slovakia offers a lower cost of living compared to many Western European countries Eligibility Criteria - Citizenship: Citizenship of a country other than Slovakia (dual citizenship with Slovak is allowed) - Residency: No permanent or temporary residence in Slovakia since January 1, 2021, until the date of submitting the scholarship application (exceptions apply) - Academic and Study Requirements: - No upper age limit to apply - Completed secondary education for Bachelor's or combined Bachelor's-Master's level - Completed Bachelor's degree for Master's level - Available for full-time, in-person study - No prior study at a secondary school in Slovakia - For Bachelor's applicants: no prior study at a higher education institution in Slovakia (except academic mobilities) - SAT Test Requirement: - Selection is based exclusively on SAT test results - Minimum score: 1100 points - Latest possible SAT test dates: 2 May 2026 and 6 June 2026 - Registration must be completed via the official College Board website within the deadlines set by the test provider Required Documents - National ID card or passport (valid identification document) - Curriculum Vitae (CV) (detailed academic and professional background) - Motivation letter (explaining your study goals and reasons for applying) - Consent of the legal guardian form (if you are under 18 years old, hand-signed) - Certificate with SAT test results (minimum 1100 points) - Acceptance letter from a Slovak higher education institution (if available at the time of application) - Applicant's applicable solemn declarations (completed templates with hand signatures) 2. Choose an eligible study program and contact the institution to follow its admission process. 3. Take the SAT test and achieve the minimum required score (1100 points). 4. Submit your application for studies at the chosen higher education institution. 5. Register a new account on the official scholarship portal and complete the scholarship application form. 6. Upload all required documents and solemn declarations. 7. Review all information provided and submit your application before the deadline. 8. Wait for results, which will be communicated through the portal. 9. If selected, arrange your visa or residence permit (if required) and arrive in Slovakia to enrol at your institution.
