Event Marketing Coordinator

This is a fixed-term, full-time Event Marketing Coordinator position in Brazil, part of the Commercial & Marketing department. It supports the creation and implementation of strategic marketing campaigns. The role is suited for individuals with a related bachelor's degree and experience in marketing, particularly in the sports industry. The Event Marketing Coordinator will work with internal and external stakeholders, including Host Cities and Stadiums, Commercial Partners, and Official Media Partners and Licensees. The role involves contributing to the development of cross-cultural and sector tactical and long-term strategic promotional partnerships. The position requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have experience in a marketing function, preferably with sports governing bodies, and a passion for football. The Event Marketing Coordinator will be based in Brazil and will need to be fluent in both English and Portuguese. They will also need to be proficient in MS Office, planning software, and online collaboration tools. Digital Product Manager

The Digital Product Manager role is a fixed-term, full-time position in Brazil, part of the Commercial & Marketing department. This role involves defining and developing FIFA's digital consumer-facing proposition, ensuring products and experiences reflect local fan behaviors and consumption habits in Brazil and South America. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer sciences, business management, or a related discipline, and relevant product development experience. The role requires a strong understanding of digital product development and design principles, as well as experience working in a direct-to-consumer business, ideally within sports, media, or related industries. The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for optimizing acquisition, engagement, and retention journeys across owned platforms, contributing to first-party data strategies, and developing scalable digital activations and integrations. The position involves working closely with Commercial and Marketing teams, as well as collaborating with Product Managers across Europe. The Digital Product Manager will also be responsible for providing clear updates to senior management and key stakeholders, and participating in cross-functional steering groups to maintain a balance between critical tournament milestones and product scope delivery.
