The company, which is profitable and backed by investors such as P9 Capital, Notion Capital, and Fly VC, has a team spread across 15 countries in North America, Europe, and Asia. This full-time, remote position involves using data to drive product and business impact. The ideal candidate will own problems end-to-end, using data to drive growth and product adoption, and have a significant impact on the company's decision-making process. The role is well-suited for someone with experience working in a high-growth startup environment, especially in a product-led growth setting, who enjoys ambiguity, ownership, and figuring things out from first principles. The role will involve working closely with stakeholders to frame problems, challenge assumptions, and prioritize what matters. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate data pipelines and systems, and have strong SQL and data modeling skills. Responsibilities Run user research, including interviews and feedback loops, and translate feedback into insights that allow for actionable growth opportunities Work directly with stakeholders to frame problems, challenge assumptions, and prioritize what matters Design and run experiments, analyses, and campaigns to drive growth and product adoption Build lightweight data applications or workflows to enable faster decision-making Continuously improve how the company structures and exposes data across the organization Connect tools and systems, including product, marketing, and sales, into a coherent data ecosystem Push the team toward clarity and simplicity in how they measure and reason about the business Requirements & Qualifications Experience working in a high-growth startup environment, especially in a product-led growth setting Experience working as or close to an analytics engineer or data generalist Experience working in a product, marketing, or growth-focused data role Strong SQL and data modeling skills Experience working with modern data stacks Ability to navigate data pipelines and systems Strong communication skills Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and bring alignment Ability to translate challenges to growth-promoting solutions Benefits Remote work Opportunity to work with a modern data stack Opportunity to own data as a product and a lever for growth Wide scope and visible impact 2.
