This is a design position for an interior designer. The company is looking for someone to work on a project that involves analyzing the functional use of a space, studying circulation and organization, and defining layouts. The project requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. The ideal candidate has a background in interior design, architecture, or a related field, and experience with corporate, commercial, or high-end residential projects. They should be proficient in 3D modeling and visualization tools. The work will be done remotely, and the candidate will need to be available for daily communication with the project team and periodic meetings via Google Meet. Responsibilities Analyze the functional use of a space Study circulation and organization of different areas Define layouts and propose space optimization Develop a design concept Select furniture, lighting, materials, and other elements Create 3D models and photorealistic renderings Identify and specify products, including brands, models, and quantities Create a final layout and model, and provide documentation and technical specifications Requirements & Qualifications Background in interior design, architecture, or a related field Experience with corporate, commercial, or high-end residential projects Excellent organization and attention to detail Proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization tools Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Proficiency in specific software, including SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Enscape, Lumion, AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and Illustrator Benefits Remote work arrangement Flexible schedule, compatible with Portugal time zone Daily communication with the project team Periodic meetings via Google Meet Shared documentation via Google Drive 2.
