Innovation and Learning Manager - Finance Department
Médecins Sans Frontières is hiring an Innovation and Learning Manager for its Finance Department. The role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The Innovation and Learning Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a learning strategy for the finance department. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance and learning and development. The Finance Department of Médecins Sans Frontières is responsible for managing the financial resources of the organization. The department is composed of a team of finance professionals who work together to ensure the financial sustainability of the organization. The Innovation and Learning Manager will play a key role in developing the skills and knowledge of the finance team. The organization is looking for a candidate who is passionate about learning and development and has experience in finance. The candidate should be able to develop and implement a learning strategy that meets the needs of the finance department. The candidate should also be able to work collaboratively with other teams within the organization. Responsibilities Develop and implement a learning strategy for the finance department Identify training needs and develop programs to address these needs Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement learning initiatives Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement Develop and manage the budget for learning and development initiatives Coordinate logistics for learning events and programs Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in finance and learning and development Experience in developing and implementing learning strategies Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Benefits Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to work with a international humanitarian organization Professional development opportunities 2.
