Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate role is available at a company that supports the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives. This position will assist with email campaign preparation, webinar coordination, and campaign timelines, among other responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, business, or related fields, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the marketing organization in various activities, including project timeline management, meeting preparation, and marketing request management. They will also assist with webinar event logistics, registration management, and presentation and speaker coordination. The role requires someone who is comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams and has experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint/OneDrive. The company is looking for someone who is interested in SaaS, education technology, or B2B marketing environments and has experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, or social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will also have familiarity with email marketing platforms or marketing automation tools and basic graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Express. Responsibilities Support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives Assist with email campaign preparation and scheduling Coordinate webinar preparation and execution Manage campaign timelines and promotional communications Coordinate marketing calendar and campaign asset management Assist with website and CRM management Support cross-functional coordination with sales and marketing teams Help ensure campaigns remain organized, on schedule, and aligned across marketing and sales teams Coordinate projects, communication, and day-to-day marketing initiatives across sales, SDR, and marketing teams Support activities including project timeline management, meeting preparation, action item tracking, workflow coordination, internal communications, marketing request management, project documentation, and team follow-up Assist with strategic planning and onsite execution logistics for tradeshows, conferences, and regional events Support the planning and execution of webinars, conferences, customer events, regional marketing initiatives, and field marketing programs Assist with webinar event logistics, registration management, presentation and speaker coordination, promotional campaigns and communications, sales coordination, post-event follow-ups, etc. Support the marketing organization in publishing and maintaining marketing content library and sales resources across multiple channels Assist with blog publishing, marketing asset organization, webinar materials, sales collateral materials, digital asset management, social media scheduling, website content coordination, and content library management Help maintain the operational foundation that keeps the marketing organization running efficiently Support activities including project tracking, campaign organization, campaign performance reporting support, workflow management, budget tracking assistance, tradeshow and events calendar management, etc. Assist in marketing database updates and campaign and program builds alongside marketing operations team Requirements & Qualifications 0-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, business, customer-facing roles, events, or related fields Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Proven project management skills preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Strong follow-through and reliability Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SharePoint/OneDrive Experience with Canva, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms and tools is a plus Interest in SaaS, education technology, or B2B marketing environments preferred Ability to travel 15-20% to attend department summits, company events, and regional/sales events Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, or social media initiatives Familiarity with email marketing platforms or marketing automation tools Basic graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Express Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, or Airtable Experience writing or editing marketing content Interest in AI tools that improve marketing productivity and execution Exposure to CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce Experience working with K-12 education or other mission-driven organizations Benefits None specified 2.
