Senior Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Media

Samsara is hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing efforts in Mexico or Canada, driving customer acquisition and business growth through paid media. The role is remote and open to candidates residing in the US. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience with paid search and paid social, as well as experience working with high-growth SaaS products and a deep understanding of the B2B sales funnel. Samsara offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary range of $116,322.50-$195,500 USD. The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will work with both SMB and Enterprise segments, and must have a deep understanding of B2B attribution models and be fluent in Spanish. The role involves developing and executing a data-driven customer acquisition and expansion strategy, experimenting with new channels, and adapting global performance strategies for specific regional markets. The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, and will partner with various teams to create integrated campaigns. Responsibilities Develop and execute a data-driven customer acquisition and expansion strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Linkedin, Facebook, and other performance marketing channels Experiment with new channels to uncover new growth frontiers Adapt and localise global performance strategies for specific regional markets Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution – from ideation and audience targeting to ads trafficking, creative optimisation and performance analysis Use A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve ad creative, audience targeting, and bidding strategies Leverage performance data to inform keyword selection, ad copy, ad creatives, campaign structure, and bidding approaches Analyse and present campaign results, implementing recommendations to optimise performance and identify new growth opportunities Partner with the Sales, Marketing Ops, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, and the Regional Marketing Team to create integrated campaigns Requirements & Qualifications 5+ years hands-on experience with Paid Search and/or Paid Social Skilled in building campaigns and ads directly in platform-native tools Experience working with high-growth SaaS products and a deep understanding of the B2B sales funnel Skilled in trafficking ads, implementing tags in Google Tag Manager, and understanding server-side tracking and first-party data strategies Results-oriented and data-driven, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions and prioritise roadmaps Proven ability to build performance marketing channels from the ground up, scaled to a high level of paid spend Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and creative teams High level of ownership and accountability, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously Bachelor’s Degree Fluency in Spanish Experience working with both SMB and Enterprise segments Deep understanding of B2B attribution models Benefits Competitive total compensation package Base salary range of $116,322.50-$195,500 USD Health benefits Flexible working arrangements Restricted stock unit awards (RSUs) for eligible roles 2.
