Head of Business Operations
Wing is hiring a Head of Business Operations to lead and scale the Business Operations function, defining the team's charter and allocating resources to high-impact priorities. This role will own the company-wide operating system, including planning cycles and execution frameworks, to ensure organizational alignment and velocity. The Head of Business Operations will translate corporate strategy into operational execution, bridging the gap between executive vision and day-to-day delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Operations or related fields, with a track record of operationalizing strategy and managing diverse projects and stakeholders. The role will serve as the primary escalation point for critical execution risks and establish the "Gold Standard" for project management and process rigor at Wing. The company is looking for a candidate with strong executive presence, able to drive clarity and action among senior leadership, and deep experience with resource planning, headcount management, and operational budgeting.
