Eligibility To be considered for this program, applicants must meet the following criteria: Nationality: Must be a citizen of a recognized developing country. Age Limits: Bachelor's degree applicants must be a maximum of 21 years old. Master's degree applicants must be a maximum of 35 years old. Doctoral degree applicants must be a maximum of 40 years old. Academic Background: Bachelor's applicants must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and must not already hold a Bachelor's degree.
