Responsibilities - Lead Personalization technical architecture strategy and initiatives that can span multiple Agile Release Trains - Architect, configure, administer, and operate Adobe Target to build multi-channel campaigns - Provide technical and strategic support for Personalization tool POCs and use case development - Offer insights and guidance on Personalization tool best practices, including activity setup, audience targeting, and experience delivery - Advise on how to maximize the efficiency of personalization tool utilization quotas, ensuring sustainable and scalable usage - Provide deep knowledge expertise in working knowledge of at least one other Adobe Marketing Cloud products (Target, Analytics, AEP, CJA, RT-CDP) - Collaborate with Lenovo IT team and subject matter experts to integrate our solution with the broader ecosystem - Provide strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate product team meetings effectively and to deliver constructive feedback to development teams - Mentor other senior personalization developers and participate in code reviews - Assist in resolving technical roadblocks - Partner with key stakeholders to establish and adopt architectural best practices, guidelines, and standards - Partner with product managers and engineers to prototype cutting-edge technologies such as machine learning and test them with production data - Define the platform architecture, technology strategy, and implementation standards - Document architectural decisions, designs, and requirements in a clear and concise manner - Create and maintain architecture diagrams, design documents, and other artifacts to facilitate understanding and communication among stakeholders Requirements & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related study, or equivalent experience - 8+ years of experience in Personalization and Marketing Technology engineering with software architecture experience - 5+ years of experience in the following platforms: Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Experience Platform (CDP) - Experience with headless CMS implementation, preferably with eCommerce - Experience integrating personalization and A/B testing into the end user experience through a server API - Experience in multiple front-end web technologies including: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, and Vue.js - Experience configuring API integration connecting MarTech platforms - Understanding of digital retail operations (marketing channels, targeting and personalization, digital merchandising, site production) - Strong understanding of the Marketing Technology landscape and the ability to articulate and navigate the breadth of solutions and partners in this field - Demonstrated the ability to work in a global environment with matrix organizational management - Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality implementation of personalized experiences - Exposure to user experience design and best practices - Experience and proficiency with modern languages, frameworks, and technologies 2.
