The International Rescue Committee is hiring a Manager Santé Nutrition to work in Ndele, Central African Republic. This role is part of the IRC's health, nutrition, and wash program, which aims to improve the quality of health services, nutrition, and protection for vulnerable populations. The Manager Santé Nutrition will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring health and nutrition activities in their area of operation. They will work closely with the Senior Manager Santé Nutrition and the Coordonnateur Santé Nutrition to achieve the program's objectives. The IRC has been working in the Central African Republic since 2006, providing humanitarian assistance to people affected by conflict and disaster. The organization's mission is to help people survive, recover, and gain control of their future. The Manager Santé Nutrition will be part of a team that is committed to delivering lasting impact and restoring safety, dignity, and hope to millions of people worldwide. The Manager Santé Nutrition will supervise a team of health officers and work with local partners, including the Ministry of Health and other stakeholders, to implement health and nutrition activities. They will also be responsible for coordinating the provision of equipment, medicines, and supplies to health facilities and ensuring that health workers have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as public health, nutrition, or medicine
- At least 3 years of experience in health and nutrition programming, preferably in a humanitarian or development context
- Strong knowledge of health and nutrition principles and practices
- Experience in program management, including planning, implementation, and monitoring
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in French, with good written and spoken skills
- Ability to work in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and partners
