The MARIHE Erasmus Mundus Joint Master's Programme is a two-year master's programme that prepares future leaders, university managers, researchers, policy experts, and innovation professionals to address global challenges in higher education. Students will study across multiple countries through an international consortium of leading universities, including University for Continuing Education Krems in Austria, Tampere University in Finland, and Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences in Germany. The programme is available for students from a wide range of academic backgrounds, particularly those interested in higher education, research and innovation management, education policy, and university governance. The MARIHE programme offers students a unique opportunity to gain an international education while studying higher education systems, research policy, innovation management, and institutional leadership. Graduates develop the knowledge and practical skills needed for careers in universities, government agencies, international organizations, education consultancy, research institutions, and policy development. The programme is offered by an international consortium that includes universities in Austria, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Portugal, China, and India. Students will have the opportunity to study in multiple countries, access an international academic network, and receive Erasmus+ mobility opportunities. The programme also offers additional scholarships for selected students from disadvantaged backgrounds or first-generation university students. Eligibility
