The role is full-time and remote, with a salary range of $154,500 to $193,125 per year. The ideal candidate will have experience in Enterprise SaaS Customer Success, with a proven track record of managing complex portfolios and establishing deep partnerships with cross-functional business unit leaders. The role requires managing a portfolio of 15 strategic enterprise accounts and maintaining a disciplined cadence of strategic interactions. Responsibilities Own the full customer lifecycle for 15 strategic enterprise accounts Maintain a disciplined cadence of strategic interactions, including structured 90-day reviews and impact assessments Conduct use-case discovery to surface new business unit sponsors Interpret usage data, user persona shifts, and behavioral trends to predictively identify risk and expansion opportunities Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy purposeful, journey-mapped enablement modules Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively Travel up to 15% to conduct in-person discovery sessions, workshops, and strategic business reviews Requirements & Qualifications 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS Customer Success experience managing high-value, complex portfolios Exceptional consultative discovery and multi-threading skills A disciplined, process-oriented approach to execution Commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset Familiarity with enterprise CS tools like Gainsight and Tableau Ability to travel up to 15% for in-person meetings and workshops Benefits Base salary + variable pay ranging from $154,500 to $193,125 per year Benefits package included 2.
