Spanish Support Group Lead (Español)

PFLAG Los Angeles is seeking a Spanish Support Group Lead to manage and oversee its Spanish-speaking Support Group. The role involves ensuring session coverage, training and mentoring co-facilitators, and facilitating discussions on LGBTQ+ topics. This role focuses on support, one of the organization's three pillars, along with education and advocacy. The support groups currently meet once per month virtually on Zoom. The facilitator will help create welcoming spaces in these monthly meetings, facilitating discussions on a wide range of topics, including LGBTQ+ identities, family dynamics, gender identity, and gender expression. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a tangible difference in the lives of LGBTQ+ individuals and their families.
