Logistics Coordinator
The Logistics Coordinator role at AIM, a metal recycling and industrial solutions company, involves supporting export operations, preparing documentation, and coordinating shipments. AIM has over 4,000 employees and 125 sites worldwide. This role requires 1-2 years of experience in import/export logistics or documentation and availability to work night shifts from 6 PM to 4 AM. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent organizational skills. The company is looking for someone to work in a fast-paced global business environment. This role offers hands-on experience in international trade and logistics. The role is based at a company with a large global presence. Responsibilities Prepare and review export documents: ocean bill of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, PSIC, freight certificate, etc. Coordinate with services providers, forwarders, internal teams, and customers for documentation approval Identify and resolve shipment issues proactively Provide administrative support to the export operations team Maintain and update the transaction report Take on additional responsibilities as assigned Requirements & Qualifications Any graduate with 1-2 years of experience in import/export logistics or documentation Good understanding of Incoterm Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams Strong English communication skills (oral and written) Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team Night shift availability (6 PM – 4 AM) Task-oriented, self-motivated, critical thinker with a keen eye for detail Benefits Hands-on experience in international trade and logistics Exposure to a fast-paced, global business environment Opportunity to develop professional skills in export documentation and operations 2.
