Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly desirable
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial management
Experience working with international donors and managing grant-funded projects
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws and financial regulations
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Peachtree, or SAP
