About this opportunity
Lenovo is hiring an ISG Sr. Inside Sales Support Representative to work full-time in Bratislava, Slovakia. The role supports the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) sales teams across the EMEA region. You will spend about 60% of your time working directly with ISG sales teams, 30% with internal departments like pricing and order management, and 10% with external customers and Lenovo Business Partners. The core purpose is to handle administrative and non-customer-facing tasks so that sellers can focus on building client relationships and closing deals. Lenovo is a global technology company with US$83 billion in annual revenue, ranked #196 on the Fortune Global 500. It operates in 180 markets and is best known as the world's largest PC maker, but it also produces servers, storage, edge computing, high-performance computing, smartphones, and tablets. The company is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under Lenovo Group Limited (HKSE: 992) with ADR ticker LNVGY. Its stated mission is to deliver "Smarter Technology for All" through a portfolio of AI-enabled devices and infrastructure. Bratislava is Slovakia's capital and largest city, situated on the Danube River near the borders with Austria and Hungary. The cost of living is noticeably lower than in Western European capitals, though it has been rising in recent years. The city has a growing tech and shared-services sector, with many multinational companies operating offices there. English is widely spoken in the corporate environment, and the city offers a compact, walkable center with good public transport. Slovakia is part of the European Union and the Schengen Area, so EU citizens can work there without a visa, while non-EU applicants would need employer-sponsored work authorization.
