Lenovo is hiring a PCG ME (PC Group Manufacturing Engineer) to support its PC manufacturing operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time engineering role focused on process development, production optimization, and continuous improvement. The person in this position will work to ensure product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and successful new product introduction. Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize PC manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality
- Lead new product introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring new PC models are production-ready
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives on the production line
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with design engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new products
- Monitor production metrics such as yield, cycle time, and defect rates
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality and supply issues
- Support production ramp-up and capacity planning activities

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
- Experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in PC, electronics, or consumer devices
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control methods, and lean production principles
- Familiarity with new product introduction (NPI) processes and production ramp-up
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- English proficiency required; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Willingness to work full-time in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
