The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Growth Marketing and have the opportunity to manage the funnel as a system. The role involves shaping the company's organic presence, optimizing its website and onboarding flows, coordinating paid media plans with an agency, and designing experiments to move key metrics. Responsibilities - Own SEO, GEO, and AEO strategy across owned channels - Partner on content creation, lead distribution, optimization, and performance - Manage organic social as a discovery and trust channel - Drive CRO across landing pages, signup flows, and onboarding entry points - Partner with Product and Design to run tests and ship improvements - Identify and close key conversion gaps - Support paid strategy alongside a specialized agency - Set direction and ensure full-funnel message consistency - Align acquisition efforts to Host audience needs and experience - Optimize the signup-to-activation handoff - Partner on onboarding flows to drive key host actions and milestones - Track cohorts and identify drop-off points during the credit period - Build and prioritize the growth experiment backlog - Develop hypotheses, run tests, and analyze results - Turn insights into actionable channel and growth strategies - Own funnel metrics from first touch through activation - Pull and analyze data, building reporting views - Connect channel performance to downstream outcomes - Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Revenue Management - Contribute to product launches, onboarding, and GTM execution - Use funnel insights to influence roadmap decisions Requirements & Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation, ideally in B2C or B2B SaaS environment - Track record of improving search rankings and organic performance - Experience working cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging across the entire customer journey - Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to pull data and execute upon insights - Experience designing and running experiments end to end, from hypothesis to decision - Proven ability to connect channel performance to business outcomes such as signups, activation, and retention - Experience in the short-term rental, proptech, or hospitality space is a nice to have - Familiarity with SQL or similar data querying tools is a nice to have - Experience with HubSpot, additional CRMs and/or Webflow is a nice to have Benefits - Stock options - Unlimited PTO - Private health insurance - Other benefits listed on the company's careers site 2.
