Senior Legal Counsel, Disputes & Litigation

This is a full-time permanent position for a Senior Legal Counsel in the Disputes & Litigation department at FIFA, located in Miami. The role involves conducting external disputes and contentious matters, providing legal advice, and managing multiple cases internationally. The position reports to the Head of Corporate Legal. The ideal candidate should have substantial professional experience in working with and drafting legal documents in English, as well as expertise in sports, media, sponsorship, and regulatory matters. They should be fully qualified to practice law, having completed academic and practical training, and be admitted to the Florida bar or eligible to register as Florida Authorized House Counsel.
