The Blue Grass Community Foundation established the Monica Combs Memorial Scholarship to honor Monica "Moni" Combs' life and legacy. This scholarship supports graduating seniors from Woodford County High School who demonstrate kindness, leadership, and a commitment to serving their communities. The scholarship assists students planning to continue their education at an accredited college, university, or technical school in the United States. The Monica Combs Memorial Scholarship is a non-renewable award that recognizes students' compassion, leadership, and community service. It provides financial assistance for higher education expenses, supporting undergraduate or technical education. The scholarship is available for students pursuing any field of study at an accredited college, university, or technical school. It is open to domestic students in the United States, specifically graduating seniors from Woodford County High School.
