The choice process targets geographic representativeness and diversity of backgrounds, experiences, and viewpoints. Required Documents - Resume/CV: A thorough professional resume, typically no more than three pages, summarizing your professional experience, educational background, achievements, and technical skills. - Personal Statement: An effective essay no longer than 600 words that explains your reasons, peacebuilding experiences, leadership philosophy, and how the fellowship will contribute to your professional objectives and future contribution. - Video Statement: A short video that is not more than two minutes where you can personalize yourself, showcase your peace passion, and say why you are a good fit for the fellowship. - Letter of Recommendation: A solid letter from a person familiar with your work and able to attest to your leadership potential, peace and reconciliation achievements, and general fit for the fellowship. 2.
