Responsibilities - Conduct market research on AI trends, competitors, and emerging technologies - Collect and analyze user insights to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements - Support writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria - Assist in maintaining product roadmaps, backlogs, and feature documentation - Work with data scientists to understand model capabilities, constraints, and data needs - Support experimentation, including A/B tests, model evaluations, and user testing - Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and feature reviews - Help coordinate feature development and track progress - Support QA testing of AI models and features before release - Collect feedback and analyze early product performance after launch - Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders - Communicate feature updates, metrics, and insights to the broader team Requirements & Qualifications - Studying Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related fields - Strong interest in AI, machine learning, and product management - Excellent communication and analytical skills - Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams - Basic understanding of how AI/ML models work, including concepts like training data, accuracy, and evaluation - Experience with Python, data analysis, or ML coursework (preferred) - Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, or NLP tools (preferred) - Experience with user research, design tools, or project management tools, such as Jira, Notion, or Figma (preferred) - Proficient in both English and Chinese (preferred) How to Apply 1.
