Inside Sales SMB Account Representative

Opportunity Overview Lenovo, a global technology company, is hiring an Inside Sales SMB Account Representative in Barcelona, Spain. This role involves selling Lenovo products and services to clients over the phone. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the IT industry and experience with computer-based programs. They should also be able to learn and present hardware portfolios to customers. The company is looking for someone with a BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience and at least 1 year of experience in Inside Sales. The candidate should have strong relationship, communication, and negotiation skills. The role is based in Barcelona, Spain, and the candidate will be working with clients in the DACH region. Responsibilities - Sell Lenovo products, services, and solutions to clients through inbound and outbound phone calls - Uncover opportunities, sell the benefits of Lenovo products, and sell against the competition in the DACH region - Champion the innovative power of Lenovo products by driving sales with key customers to achieve revenue and profitability objectives - Build complex sales strategy to ensure both long- and short-term goals, objects, and quotas are met - Manage end-to-end sales process for up-sell/cross-sell opportunities - Develop and cultivate client relationships with both new and existing customers while achieving profit and revenue objectives - Build forecast and pipeline on a weekly basis and provide a clear situation on the current situation on the client portfolio - Participate in monthly/quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities and risk of churn and build an appropriate action plan - Ensure that products, services, and solutions recommended to clients will fulfill their needs - Work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management to reach high performance goals - Be an active part of the SMB community, participating in meetings and sharing best practices Requirements & Qualifications - BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience - 1+ years of experience with Inside Sales experience - Strong relationship, communication, and negotiation skills - Ambitious, persuasive, proactive, goal-oriented, well-articulated, and possess sound phone skills - Good problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and multitasking ability - Experience in a quota-carrying sales environment - Native/Fluent German and business English, any additional European language is a plus Benefits - An open and stimulating environment within one of the most forward-thinking IT companies - Flat structures and fast decision-making processes - A modern and flexible way of working to combine personal and professional life - An international team with a high focus on Diversity & Inclusion - Attractive compensation package How to Apply 1.
