Responsibilities Core decision-making and communication: responsible for overall decision-making and building internal and external communication bridges Client service and strategic guidance: participate in client service, develop strategic plans, and provide guidance to the project team Cross-team strategic collaboration: promote cross-functional team communication and ensure information flow between development, testing, and production Key issue resolution and decision-making: lead the resolution of technical and management issues, organize team discussions, and make timely decisions Team coordination and metric monitoring: coordinate team members, establish and monitor key metrics based on client needs and project characteristics Contract negotiation support: participate in major contract negotiations and provide technical and business support Business expansion drive: research market and client needs, identify business growth opportunities, and drive business expansion Commercial proposal support: provide commercial proposal support based on market trends and company strengths Project lifecycle management: organize automotive electronic project development, monitor the entire process, and coordinate company resources Team management: maintain team member stability and coordinate internal conflicts Requirements & Qualifications Education background: bachelor's degree or above in automotive, electronics, mechanical, or automation control-related fields, master's degree or MBA preferred Work experience: at least 5 years of automotive electronic product development project management experience, with experience in mass production and automotive first-tier supplier production experience preferred Professional skills: in-depth understanding of automotive autonomous driving domain controller product design, familiar with APQP, PPAP, and other tools, and proficient in Microsoft Project software Industry experience: experience in ADAS-related industries preferred Language ability: fluent in English and adaptable to a global work environment Personal traits: meticulous, proactive, and persistent, with good learning ability and pressure resistance, and strong leadership skills Certificate: PMP certificate preferred Benefits No specific benefits are mentioned in the job posting.
