Sr. Support Engineer, EBS

Rimini Street is hiring a Senior Support Engineer for its EBS team. This role involves working with enterprise software and providing technical support to clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle EBS and be able to work remotely. The Senior Support Engineer will be part of a team that provides 24/7 support to clients, resolving technical issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong technical skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. The Senior Support Engineer will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and technologies, and will be supported by a team of experienced engineers.
