GTAP KA Profit Manager

This role is part of Lenovo's AP Profit Management team and supports key account businesses across Australia, New Zealand, and selected GTAP markets. The GTAP Key Account Profit Manager drives pricing strategy, profitability analysis, revenue growth, and margin improvement through data-driven insights and commercial recommendations. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams, including Pricing Analysts, Product Teams, Sales Leaders, and Regional Finance stakeholders. This role requires strong commercial finance expertise, advanced analytical capabilities, and hands-on Power BI experience to transform data into actionable business insights. Responsibilities Conduct pricing and profit-and-loss analysis to support pricing recommendations and commercial decision-making Analyze key account profitability and identify opportunities to improve revenue, gross margin, and overall business performance Perform win/loss analysis to assess pricing effectiveness, competitive positioning, and market performance Partner with Sales, Product Management, Pricing, and Finance teams to develop and execute pricing strategies aligned with business objectives Support the development and enhancement of centralized pricing frameworks, governance, and best practices across GTAP markets Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics using Power BI to provide actionable business insights and performance visibility Monitor pricing performance, market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics to support strategic planning and decision-making Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pricing efficiency, profitability management, and business outcomes Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline 8-10 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Revenue Management, Profit Management, Business Analytics, or related functions Strong experience in pricing strategy, profitability analysis, revenue optimization, and gross margin management Demonstrated expertise in P&L analysis, account profitability evaluation, and commercial decision support Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable recommendations Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, reporting automation, data visualization, and business performance analytics Strong Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrixed environments, partnering with Sales, Product, Pricing, and Finance teams Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence business decisions through data-driven insights Benefits Opportunity to work with a global technology powerhouse Chance to drive pricing strategy and profitability analysis for key account businesses Collaborative work environment with various teams Hands-on experience with Power BI and other business intelligence tools 2.
