Triangle Génération Humanitaire is hiring a Country Director to work in Ukraine. The Country Director will be responsible for leading TGH's operations in Ukraine and managing a team of 26 staff members. The position is based in Dnipro, Ukraine, and the Country Director will be responsible for coordinating with local authorities, donors, and other stakeholders. TGH has been operating in Ukraine since 2016, providing humanitarian aid to vulnerable populations affected by the conflict. Tiko is now seeking a qualified partner to design and implement a Value for Money analysis of its HIV prevention and care services in South Africa. The Tiko programme aims to empower adolescents and young people to take charge of their sexual, reproductive, and mental health by encouraging them to access services at public facilities in their communities. The programme operates an ecosystem approach that includes community-based organizations, public facilities, and retail partners. The Value for Money analysis will measure the effectiveness and outcomes of integrated services, determine cost-effectiveness and incremental value, estimate budget impact and fiscal implications, and quantify cost savings of integrated care approaches. The analysis will cover the four dimensions of Value for Money: economy, efficiency, effectiveness, and equity.
