The International Rescue Committee is hiring a Career and Financial Coaching Intern to work in the Baltimore metropolitan area. This intern will assist IRC employment specialists with daily activities that contribute to the self-sufficiency of refugees, asylees, and other humanitarian immigrants. The External Collaborator will work closely with the REALM and Tech and Digital unit to update the KMS and support internal communications. The Transform Hub is responsible for communicating transformation progress across the organization, and this role will play a critical part in ensuring employees are well-informed, engaged, and aligned with key priorities, initiatives, and organizational changes. The initiative aims to strengthen organizational learning and collaboration by establishing a centralized platform for capturing, organizing, and sharing institutional knowledge, resources, and best practices. The External Collaborator will be expected to deliver a range of outputs, including internal communication products, KMS content repository updates, research briefs, and event documentation. They will also provide logistical and administrative support to ensure the successful implementation of transformation-related events, workshops, learning sessions, and employee engagement activities. The Nutrition Officer will be responsible for creating action plans, identifying capacity gaps, and providing on-the-job training to ensure the team has the appropriate technical level to provide quality services. They will also establish cooperation alliances with government entities, civil society, academic institutions, community-based organizations, and other partners. The role requires a professional in Nutrition and Dietetics or a health professional with experience in nutrition and dietetics.
