Clinical Program Manager

The International Rescue Committee is launching a new Early Intervention Specialty Mental Health Services program in partnership with Alameda County Behavioral Health Department. This program will provide high-quality, trauma-informed care for clients with early-stage mental health needs. The Clinical Program Manager will provide integrated leadership across program management, clinical services, and compliance to ensure high-quality care. The ideal candidate has been licensed for 2+ years, has a deep understanding of the Medi-Cal environment, and strong program management and supervisory skills. The Clinical Program Manager will supervise 2-5 staff and work with office senior leadership to implement the program in accordance with Alameda County Behavioral Health Department's EI program model.
